We, at OVEELO™, strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure your request is eligible.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- You must initiate the return within 2 days of receiving the order.
- You must provide a single, unedited unboxing video as proof, captured from the moment the package is opened.
- The shipping label and package must be clearly visible in the video.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Unboxing Video Guidelines
- The video should be taken in one continuous shot — no cuts, edits, or merged clips will be accepted.
- Begin recording before opening the package and show the printed shipping label clearly.
- Continue recording as you open the package and inspect the item(s).
- Make sure the entire unboxing process is visible and uninterrupted in the video.
Non-Returnable Items
- Returns requested after 2 days of delivery.
- Returns without valid unboxing video evidence.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after/during unboxing.
Refund or Replacement
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
